All five Village of Catskill board members attended this meeting, after not enough showed up last week for a quorum. So the recordings start with the regular meeting that they missed last week, followed by a public hearing on the possibility of opting-in to New York's new Good Cause Eviction law. The senior center was packed with Catskill residents, and many spoke, most in favor of the village opting-in. Here is the audio of the meeting above, and the video below. More to come.
