Matt Sargent and Dani Dobkin, a New York-based electronic music duo of guitar and synthesizer (and professors in the music program at Bard College), return to Unicorn Bar in an improvising quartet format with two heroes from the New York music community: trumpeter Stephen Haynes (Bill Dixon, Adam Rudolph's Go: Organic Orchestra, Rhys Chatham) and guitarist Chris Cochrane (No Safety). The concert is the last night of their first tour as a quartet. Stephen Haynes writes: "What unites us is a love of sound and improvisation and a considered desire to build beauty in the moment - differently each and every time.

“Hello! My Name is Blotto: The Movie” is about the Albany-based band that was one of the first with a video on MTV’s first day. Director Rob Lichter and Blotto member and copyright lawyer Paul Rapp will answer questions in Saugerties.
